This mid terraced mews house enjoys its own yard to the rear and easy access to the stunning beaches and coastline of Ceredigion and Pembrokeshire.

Cardigan, West Wales, is the gateway to the Teifi Valley and the Ceredigion and Pembrokeshire Coastal Paths. The ancient town sits on the estuary of the River Teifi at the base of Cardigan Bay. Its unspoilt townscape and rich heritage provide a nostalgic backdrop to a thriving culture of arts and crafts, events and music festivals. It is a great base from which to discover Ceredigion, Pembrokeshire and Carmarthenshire. This part of the coast is well served by buses departing from Finch Square and the High Street – both within 200 metres from Ebens Lane.

Number 4 Ebens Lane offers flexible accommodation over 3 floors to sleep 6 people in 3 bedrooms. On the first floor there is one double and one double / twin room and there is a sofa bed in the top floor room which can alternatively be used as an office, playroom or an extra sitting room. There is a family bathroom on the 1st floor and an additional toilet on the ground floor. The comfortable sitting room with dining table leads into a well equipped kitchen with access to the rear private yard.

We had a fabulous time in Cardigan and Owen's place. Walking distance to everywhere in the town but the house is in a very quiet lane off the high street. Lots of cafes and restaurants, lots of walking trails and friendly neighborhood.

Had a lovely few days in the cottage as a family of four with our dog. the cottage was cosy and in a very central location. Cardigan itself is lovely and has lots to do in the surrounding area. favourite place was Poppit Sands nearby which was perfect for taking the dog. Owen was responsive and helpful. Highly recommend.
